Getting started
How do we start using aaraazi?
Solo agents can start a free month from the app. Agencies book a demo. If aaraazi fits, we set up your agency's account, help import your records and show your team the screens they will use.
Can we import our spreadsheets?
Yes. Send us your sheets and we help map the columns and import properties, clients and deals in progress.
How long does moving to aaraazi take?
It depends on how many records you have and how many agents you train. Our four-week plan is a good starting point, and new deals can run in aaraazi from the second week.
Using aaraazi
Which marla standard does aaraazi use?
The one on the plot's documents. Sizes are stored in their original unit and can be shown in marla, kanal, square yards or square feet. See the marla guide.
How do commission splits work?
You set each person's percentage on the deal before it closes. When the deal closes, the split is settled on the deal, so every agent can see what they're owed.
Can we issue token and bayana receipts?
Yes. Receipts are generated from the deal's details, including the amounts and the parties' CNIC details.
Does the app work without internet?
The solo agent app does: it stores work on the phone and syncs when you're back online. The agency workspace, on the web and on phones, needs a connection.
Your data
Where is our data stored?
On managed cloud servers in Singapore, with each agency's records kept apart. The security page has the details.
How do we get a copy of our data?
Email support@aaraazi.com from an account owner's address and we send a full export.
Billing
How is aaraazi billed?
Monthly or annually in Pakistani rupees, at the prices on the pricing page.
How do we cancel?
Email support@aaraazi.com. Your data stays available for export for 30 days after the subscription ends.
