Properties and listings

One record per property, with the size in the unit from its documents and shown in marla, kanal, square yards or square feet.

Leads and requirements

Buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords, each with what they want: area, size and budget. Calls, site visits and shared listings logged against the person.

Offers with token amounts

Offers with terms and a token amount. Token and bayana receipts generated from the deal's own details.

Share listings on WhatsApp

Share a listing on WhatsApp with its photos and details. Enquiries from shared listing links arrive in the same list as phone and walk-in leads.

Security

Data on agents' phones

The solo agent app keeps a copy of the agent's own records on the phone so it can work offline, stored in the app's private storage. Protect phones with a PIN or fingerprint, and tell us if a phone is lost so we can sign it out.

Before you start

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first month is free, then PKR 2,500 a month, or 20% less billed annually.
Does it work where there is no signal?
The solo agent app keeps working offline and syncs when the phone is back online, so an agent at a site visit can still record an offer.
Which marla does aaraazi use?
The one on the plot's documents. A property keeps its size in its original unit, and screens can show it in marla, kanal, square yards or square feet. Our guide to marla standards explains the 225, 250 and 272.25 sq ft conventions.
How is billing done?
Monthly or annually, in Pakistani rupees. Annual billing costs 20% less.
Who owns the data we put in?
You do. You can ask for a full export at any time, and if you cancel, your data stays available for export for 30 days.
