Who we are
This policy explains how aaraazi ("we"), of 14th Floor, Bahria Icon Tower, Clifton, Karachi, handles personal data collected through this website, aaraazi.com. Questions go to privacy@aaraazi.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the website and its forms. Data that agencies store inside the aaraazi product belongs to those agencies; we process it on their behalf under our customer terms, and a data processing agreement is available to customers on request.
What we collect and why

Cookies and browser storage
The website sets no cookies. It stores your privacy choice, with its date, in your browser's local storage, and if you allow analytics it keeps a random ID in session storage that is cleared when you close the tab. You can change your choice at any time with the Privacy choices link at the bottom of every page.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the website: the companies that host it and its database, our email provider (to send confirmations and guides) and the tools our team uses to receive and follow up requests. They may process data outside Pakistan, and only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
- Demo requests, sales enquiries and contact messages: while we are in contact with you, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact.
- Guide subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Analytics: 13 months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw a consent you gave. Email privacy@aaraazi.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Security
Form submissions are sent over HTTPS and stored in our managed database. Access to them requires a password. The security page describes how the product handles agency data.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top. If a change affects analytics, we ask for your choice again.
