aaraazi for agencies
One record, used differently by everyone in the agency
Owners, managers and agents see the same properties, clients and deals. What changes is what each of them needs from it.

Who it's for
One record, three ways of working
See the whole agency without asking for a spreadsheet
You built the agency on trust and memory. Now there are branches, more agents and more money in flight than one person can hold in their head.
- Listings, deals and payments due across every branch in one place.
- Commission recorded on each deal, so what the agency is owed is never a guess.
- Client records stay with the agency when an agent moves on.
Run the team from the same record they work in
You're modernising how the agency works while senior agents still keep their own diaries. Every change has to be simple enough to stick.
- Leads, requirements and follow-ups visible to the whole team.
- Deals move through fixed stages, so you see where each one is stuck.
- Commission splits set per deal before it closes, not argued about afterwards.
Record the deal where it happens
Your work is in the car, at the plot and on the phone. Details written down later get lost, and a client who calls back expects you to remember everything.
- Add a lead, a requirement or an offer from your phone at the site.
- Every call, visit and shared listing logged on the client.
- Solo agents get an app that works without a signal and syncs later.
Everything a deal needs, from the first enquiry to the last payment
aaraazi is built around one chain: a property or a requirement, an offer, a deal and its payments, and the commission when it closes. These are the parts that record it.
Properties and listings
One record per property, with plot size in marla, kanal or sq yd, ownership details and every listing your agency runs on it.
- Owner details, including CNIC and father's or husband's name, as transfer paperwork requires.
- Sale and rental listings on the same property, each with its own price and status.
- Share a listing on WhatsApp with its photos and details.
Leads and requirements
Buyers, tenants and sellers with what they want, their budget and every call, visit and WhatsApp share logged against them.
- Calls, site visits and shared listings logged against the person.
- Enquiries from shared listing links arrive in the same list as phone and walk-in leads.
Offers and deals
Sell, rent and purchase cycles, offers with token amounts, and deals that move through fixed stages to closing.
- Fixed deal stages that don't move forward until the required steps are recorded.
- Closing records the transfer or the signed lease.
Payments and payment plans
Instalment schedules per deal, what has been received and what is due, so nobody chases a payment from memory.
- A payment schedule per deal: token, bayana, instalments and the balance at transfer.
- Instalments past their due date are marked overdue.
Commissions
Commission per deal, split between agents and the agency by the rules you set, recorded when the deal closes.
- Commission per deal, as a percentage of the price or in months of rent.
- Settled on the deal when it closes, so every share has a record.
Documents
Token and bayana receipts and deal paperwork kept with the deal they belong to, with CNIC details where a transfer needs them.
- Token and bayana receipts generated from the deal's own details.
- CNIC details held on the people involved, not copied into every file.
Web and mobile
The office on the web, agents on their phones
Owners and managers work in the web workspace. Agents use their phones. The agency workspace, on the web and on phones, needs a connection.
Getting started
How agencies move to aaraazi
Deals keep running during the move. Nothing is switched off until the new records are proven.
Step 1
Show us how you work
A call with the owner or manager to understand your deals, branches and commission rules.
Step 2
Bring your records across
Send us your spreadsheets and we help import properties, clients and deals in progress.
Step 3
Run new deals in aaraazi
Agents use the mobile app and the office uses the web workspace. Old sheets stay read-only until you retire them.
The full plan is in our guide, moving an agency off WhatsApp and spreadsheets.
