Best real estate software in Pakistan: an honest 2026 comparison

How the real estate software and CRM options in Pakistan compare in 2026: who each is built for, what it covers, whether prices are published, and which fits an agency, a property dealer or a housing society developer.

· 8 min read

There is no single best real estate software in Pakistan; there is a best fit for the kind of business you run. A property dealer working alone, an agency with three branches and a developer selling a housing society on instalments need different things. This comparison sets out what each option is built for, using what the vendors publish on their own websites, checked on 10 October 2026.

aaraazi publishes this comparison, so read it knowing that. We have tried to describe every product only by what its own website says, and to say plainly where another option fits better than ours. If anything here is out of date, email hello@aaraazi.com and we will correct it.

The short answer

  • For estate agents and property dealers who want a phone app for listings, leads and offers: a mobile-first agent app such as aaraazi's solo agent app.
  • For agencies with several agents or branches that need one shared record of properties, clients, deals, payments and commission: agency software such as aaraazi for agencies.
  • For housing societies that need plot files, transfers, NDCs, balloting or maintenance billing: a dedicated housing society system, such as those from Nizi Solutions, Codify, VisionPlus or SHE Technologies.
  • For developers who want full accounting and ERP alongside sales: an ERP such as HysabOne or SHE Technologies' LadderERP.

Agency software, housing society software and ERP are different things

Most of the confusion comes from three kinds of product sharing one name. Agency software, sometimes called a real estate CRM, runs the selling side: properties, buyers and sellers, offers, tokens, deals and commission. Housing society software runs the society itself: plot files, allotments, transfers, NDCs, balloting and maintenance bills. A real estate ERP adds full accounting, procurement and construction costs on top.

A busy agency rarely needs balloting, and a society office rarely needs an offline phone app for site visits. Decide which of the three you are buying before you compare prices.

Where aaraazi is the right choice

  • You are an estate agent or property dealer and want your listings, clients and offers on your phone, even in a society with a weak signal.
  • You run an agency and want every agent's clients, offers, tokens and commission in one shared record that stays with the agency when an agent leaves.
  • You are a developer selling a project on instalments and need each buyer's payment plan, investor records and project budget, with help moving your spreadsheets across.
  • You want to see the price before you call anyone.

Where another option fits better

  • A housing society office that issues plot files, processes transfers and NDCs, or runs a balloting: choose a dedicated housing society system.
  • A developer that needs a full general ledger, procurement and construction store management in the same system: choose a real estate ERP.
  • A business only advertising listings: a property portal such as Zameen or Graana does that job; software like aaraazi runs the deal after the buyer calls.

Questions to ask in every demo

  1. Show me a society plot in marla on the right marla standard, a token, a bayana and the balance at transfer.
  2. Show me a buyer on a 36-month instalment plan with one payment late.
  3. Split a commission between the agency and two agents.
  4. Share a listing on WhatsApp from an agent's phone.
  5. Show me what an agent can see, and what happens to their clients when they leave.
  6. Tell me the price per user per month in rupees, and who imports my existing records.
