Terms of service

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between aaraazi, of 14th Floor, Bahria Icon Tower, Clifton, Karachi (“we”), and the agency, developer or agent that subscribes to aaraazi (“you”). By creating an account or using aaraazi you accept them. If you sign a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence where the two differ.

2. The service

aaraazi is software for recording properties, leads, offers, deals, payment plans, commissions and documents. The features in each plan are listed on the pricing page. We improve the product over time and may change features, but we won't remove a core feature of your plan during a paid period without notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the people you give access to and for keeping sign-in details private. Tell us at once at security@aaraazi.com if you think an account has been misused.

4. Plans, prices and billing

• Solo agent: PKR 2,500 per month billed monthly, or PKR 2,000 per month billed annually.
• Agency: PKR 1,800 per user per month billed monthly, or PKR 1,440 per user per month billed annually.
• Developer: priced by written quote.

Annual billing is 20% less than monthly and is paid in advance for the year. Prices are in Pakistani rupees; any applicable taxes are shown on the invoice. We give at least 30 days' notice of a price change, and it applies from your next billing period. Solo agent subscriptions start with a free trial of one month; there is no other free trial unless we agree one in writing.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by emailing support@aaraazi.com. The service continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments already made are not refunded unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may suspend an account that is unpaid for more than 30 days or that breaks section 7, and we will tell you first where we can.

6. Your data

You own the data you put into aaraazi. We use it only to provide the service to you, we don't sell it, and we don't show it to other customers. An account owner can ask for a full export at any time. When your subscription ends, your data stays available for export for 30 days and is then deleted. Our security page describes how data is stored.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use aaraazi for anything unlawful, including storing personal data you have no right to hold;
• try to reach another customer's data or test our security without following the process on the security page;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software;
• upload malicious code or overload the service.

8. Availability

We work to keep aaraazi available and announce planned maintenance in advance where we can. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

9. Liability

aaraazi is a record-keeping tool; decisions about deals, prices and payments remain yours. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we update the date above and, for changes that affect paying customers, email the account owner at least 30 days before they apply.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
